Mr. Harvey Rephen, Attorney at Law, is the founder of the M.Harvey Rephen and Associates, P.C. After receiving his Juris Doctor degree from Pace University he dedicates his life to being of service. He now devotes much of his time protecting consumers from debt collection abuse. Mr. Rephen takes the time to fully explain to people their rights, how they are being violated and most importantly how to protect themselves. It can be as something as simply writing a letter to the collection agency and telling them to stop contacting them. When asked the question, Why did you pick consumer protection? He answered," Because I provide people with guidance and help. There is too much abuse and theft happening in the debt collection industry from outrageous interest, abusive non stop calls, threats, and lawsuits. I am always available to talk to and advise my clients on all matters, whether it is my specialty or not, and often direct them to other qualified attorneys that can help them." "I give people peace of mind, and stop the abuse they are getting."
