Angelena Craig is a professional level Kripalu Yoga teacher and founder of Beacon Light Yoga of Boston. She currently offers both private and group instruction for beginners and more advanced students in locations including the Greater Boston area, Sarasota, Florida and yoga retreats to Jamaica, WI.
