One summer day, an orthodontist from Germany, came to me in desperation — she could not sell her American Summer home. This Japanese style luxury home on 5 acres had been for sale for over a decade.

On my first visit to the site, I was immediately impressed with the love and attachment that the land and home expressed for the owner. My vision revealed pink auric cords emanating from the land, surrounding the beloved owner, while an abrasive and forceful energy field was directed towards me, the stranger. The client herself gifted with sight, corroborated my vision.

We entered the kitchen of the home that was already emptied of furniture, except for a plastic table and two chairs. At her request, I did a Tarot card reading, which confirmed the need for energy work in the house. Knocking noises, heavy energy, and the sense of telekinesis surrounded us, and began to contribute to our increasing unsettlement.

As I became acutely aware of the seriousness of the project, I mentally took inventory of my supplies. Quickly placing them on the table, we first created a special place to establish a focal point for our intent.

I lit a small white candle to burn off any negativity and to act as a protector of our space. My client focused her intent on the “angel” paper to allow the property to release her with good will, in expectation of finding a new owner to care for it as had she.

As in all healing work, layering provides the most complete and lasting effects, so while the intent was being grounded, I invoked the empowerment of intent manifestation. So we started to create a sacred fire ceremony, just by lighting the charcoal, produced an immediate energy release. Taking the nine herds of life, I placed them on top of the charcoal to create a bedding for the “angel” paper that was imbued with intent.

The burning fire exhibited an opaque projection with a black outline, and smoking heavily, the tips of the flame appeared to break off and spit. When it finally reduced to ashes, we performed the seven layer spiritual cleanse. This cleanse is related to the seven chakra points. At this point, the container tipped over and appeared to throw itself towards my client, as if to re-attach itself to her.

Gathering as much of the contents as possible, we removed the debris to the backyard, to an area that contained a special healing tree. Making a small hole, we used a tuning to effect a vibrational healing on the ground, and special water to consecrate the hole.

Crystal chips of quartz, amethyst and healing minerals designed to realign, balance and heal were placed in the hole to create a burial ceremony, bring closure to the cords that bound the owner to the land. The debris from the fire was then poured into the hole. The hole was filled in and the process of the tuning forks and special water was repeated.

This preliminary ceremony was closed with the traditional gratitude and we experienced a sudden feeling of detachment and lifting.

Prior going to returning to Germany, the client requested a personal healing session. She was balanced and released of any spiritual ties to the property. I sent her off with a pink candle for love healing.

Within the next two months, three offers were made, and finally accepted an offer. Curiously, the day she received the binding contract was the day the candle finished.

Subsequently experiencing minor problems with the paper, my client called from Germany and requested that I make a return visit to the property for a house smudging. Little did I know what would ensue!

I made a solo trip to the house in the warm late summer. Entering the house, I immediately became aware of a heavy, cold loneliness; the owner had not returned for over a month.

Using the island counter top in the kitchen, I set up my supplies. And placing a tape in the cassette to call forth angels, I hoped to fill the house with healing sounds.

There was apparent resistance from the house, experiencing mental blocks and obscured vision as I quickly reached for the supplies I needed. Lighting a pewter candle, I altered my consciousness to become one with the vibrations of the house so I could observe all the energy threads.

Lighting the sage, I saw apparitions watching me smudge—staring eyes –floating bodies—non-threatening entities determined to protect the space from me. As the smudging was completed, I felt a surge of release and relaxation from the house.

In all re-balancing, the healer must replace the treated space with new intent and cleansed vibrational energy. As I attempted to do this, a bolt of lightning-like energy encompassed me with seeming anger at my interference. I froze in palm-sweating fear!  I frantically scanned my esoteric teaching for the correct procedural format. A most unlikely device surfaced to my consciousness—House Hypnosis!

Re-centering myself, I reinforced my own protective white light, denying and erasing all fear, negativity and aggressive, angry house energy into a huge, powerful entity in the corner of the room.

When performing hypnosis on human beings, one has to allow the subject to have thinking capabilities. How then to apply this technique to a house? It was clear to me that the house had taken on human characteristics through its entities, now concentrated in a single apparition corned in the room. As the will of the entity clearly wanted to disempower me, I used a memorization technique to stare it down and gain control, thus leaving it in a trance (a state of hypnotic development). When the entity was rendered nearly comatose, I began the next phase of hypnotherapy—the reprogramming of thought patterns.

A new thought program had to be introduced, the entity needed to get in touch with its own inner issue of conflict of parting with its owner. I created a thought transference to contain it and ultimately neutralized it. A surge of peaceful energy was felt and the conflicting energy waves had disappeared. Harmony had been restored!  With elation and relief, the house in this beautiful preserved state could once again provide loving comfort to the new owner.

Further communication from my client revealed that she had experienced the change in the house. Ultimately the house became the property of the new owner on Friday the 13th of December—-!
