I use to not like Cranberries, but this salad won me over. This is a beautiful salad for your holiday table.
Cranberry Salad
1 8 oz package cream cheese (softened)
2 cups powdered sugar
1 can cranberry sauce (with berries, not jellied)
1 container whipped topping
2 Tablespoons orange zest
1 cup chopped walnuts
Cream together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar with a hand mixer. Add the cranberry sauce and orange zest and stir by hand. Once combined, gently fold in the whipped topping and chopped walnuts.
