		<description>My suggestion for beginners is to walk 30 minutes a day. Each and every day!

Walk at a constant pace that challenges you. If you are a real beginner - walk slower. But it still should be a challenge.

Combine this with reducing the amount of processed foods that you eat and replace those foods with natural foods. You know - the ones you have to cook yourself.

You will be amazed at the difference.
